Osamu Dazai is a character from the manga/anime Bungo Stray Dogs. He is a member of the Armed Detective Agency and a self proclaimed suicide enthusiast despite never seeming to actually die. He's named after a real life 20th century Japanese author and themed around his works, particularly No Longer Human which is the name of his ability in the show (he can nullify anyone else's ability).
What made me like him is he has the energy of a mangey alley cat and can be very silly on the outside but internally is ridiculously perceptive and strategic, and there is obviously something wrong with him but he makes that part so obvious that it almost comes across as a joke and he does that on purpose. He is not a good person but not really a bad person either. I am so intrigued by him and he makes me so upset but I've wanted to dig into him for the past half a year now (it's currently 3/5/26) also I think his bandages are pretty
Fyodor Dostoyevsky is also a character from the anime/manga Bungo Stray Dogs and is the main villain of the first arc. Like Dazai he is also named after a famous author and inspired by his work, his ability is Crime and Punishment which is one of the real Dostoyevsky's novels.
It took me watching the entire show to have him become my f/o and honestly I think it's mostly because I realized that I was good at drawing him and my mind ran with it but idc he's part of the group now. HE'S SCARY AND RUSSIAN
